Join your hosts, the Okanagan Chefs Association for a weekend of education, meetings, food, wine and the Canadian Culinary Championships – Gold Medal Plates finale in Kelowna, BC.


Friday, February 3

Join us for our icebreaker event. We will be attending the Canadian Culinary Championships Mystery Wine Pairing at the Delta Grand Okanagan to enjoy an evening of food, wine and cheering on some of our peers.

Saturday, February 4

Breakfast at Manteo Resort.

We will depart of one hour to Okanagan College to watch some of the Canadian Culinary Championships Black Box Competition.

We will then return to Manteo Resort for meetings and sessions.

We will depart Manteo Resort at 6pm to Sandhill Winery for an Okanagan Chefs Association Wine Paired Five Course Dinner with Five Okanagan Chefs and Five Okanagan Wines for a tasty dinner in the cellar.

Following dinner we will end our conference at the Kitchen Confidential Party.  Kitchen Confidential is our exclusive after party for the Chefs participating in the Canadian Culinary Championships, attendees of the Western Conference and Okanagan Chefs Association invited Guests.


Registration includes: Mystery Wine, Breakfast & Lunch at Manteo Resort, Sandhill Wines Dinner, Kitchen Confidential and transportation to and from Manteo Resort to events.

Registration fee: $375 (does not include transportation or accommodation).

The Okanagan Chefs Association has developed this weekend around the Canadian Culinary Championships – Gold Medal Plates Finale.  Gold Medal Plates is the ultimate celebration of Canadian Excellence in cuisine, wine, the arts and athletic achievement.
